Exploration on the county-centered Localized Evaluation System in the Rural Compulsory Education

With the all-round development of the new system and with the rural education stepping into " two perfections",the development of the rural elementary education highly demands rural evaluation which is more scientific and more effective to serve as its orientation. In line with this tendency, the establishment of the country-oriented localized evaluation system which suits the rural compulsory education plays a long-term vital role in making the rural compulsory education evaluation science-oriented and systematized and in promoting the balanced development of rural elementary education and in realizing the " two perfections" smoothly.
