迄今为止,我国大学教育仍将思想政治教育等同于道德人格教育,导致道德教育日益萎缩。道德教育应是一种生活中的人格教育,其起点、内容、过程都应介入大学生日常生活,促进他们的德性发展;在大学生日常生活中塑造具体的、形象的、可感的道德范型,激发他们的仰慕和效仿;重视校园文化、公寓文化和社团文化的道德内涵的构造和设计,构建道德法则的日常形态。在教育环境的无意识中,在不经意的感化中,大学生的心灵达到真善美的统一。
