The Guidance of Public Policy and the Vitality of Culture

Public policy can definitely guide and standardize thoughts and actions of almost all social groups to an extent,mainly in the area of social culture.The modernity has brought the globalization,the democratization and the marketability,which have given rise to key social cultural changes,respectively involving the strong Western culture dispelling the weak ones,the essential culture eroding fringe ones,and the market value excluding the transcendent ones.Public policy should pay close attention to the survival and the perishing of cultures,not only theoretically but also practically,defining sound strategy and tactics related,on the basis of culture’s own characteristics,in order to promote the all-sided social development rationally.
