儒家伦理与现代企业伦理的关联性及价值

基于文献法和比较分析法,考察了儒家伦理思想在现代企业伦理中的相关性及价值。认为儒家伦理的义利观、相互性原则、中庸之道等,与现代企业伦理的伦理责任、心理契约与组织承诺、现代企业家精神等在一定意义上相互融合,具有相通性。如果说,儒家伦理为现代企业伦理提供了有效的道德价值、知识图景与伦理之道,那么,现代企业伦理则为儒家伦理的现代转化提供了现实载体和价值实现空间。

The Relevance and Value of Confucian Ethics in Contemporary Business Ethics

This paper explores the relevance and value of Confucian ethics in contemporary business ethics through the methods of documents and comparable analysis.It concludes that righteousness and gain,the principle of reciprocity,the mean of doctrines of Confucian ethics are,to some extent,mutual fused and compatible with ethical responsibility,hearted-contract and organization commitment as well as modern entrepreneur spirit of contemporary business ethics.If Confucian ethics provides effective moral value,knowledge prospects and ethical way for modern business ethics,contemporary business ethics will offer practice carrier and value space for the modern transformation of the Confucian ethics.
