| Abstract: | The Twelfth Five-Year Plan,passed by the Fifth Plenum of the 17th Central Committee of the Connunist Party of China,has put forward a series of new thoughts on growth and scientific development,enriching and advancing the content of scientific outlook development.The basic thoughts that focus on the Scientific Outlook on Development as the theme to enchance the soft power of Chinese culture and on future developing in all aspects in China are worth thinking and studying. |
