| 摘 要： | 成人高校要适应时代发展,积极研究对策,探讨适应形势发展和要求的学生教育管理模式;大力加强学生的思想政治教育和理论学习,努力提高学生的思想政治素质;坚持思想政治教育的重要性,确保学生思想稳定;同时,要注意加强组织管理者自身建设,科学正确把握学生管理教育工作的发展方向,建立科学高效的学生思想教育与学生管理运行机制。

| Abstract: | Adult colleges should study and discuss the student＇s education and management adapting to the new era and situation,strengthen the student＇s ideological education and theory study to improve the student＇s political quality,attach importance to political education to ensure the student＇s ideological stability.Meanwhile,adult colleges should pay attention to the organizational building and the direction of the student＇s education and management to construct scientific and effective operational system. |
