和谐社会的法治逻辑

和谐社会是人类的理想追求。人类农业文明之前的原始社会是在自然法則支配下的社会,人作为自然物的一员也是按照自然法则行事,物种间和谐有序。人定法的产生为维护社会秩序的稳定却打破了原始的自然和谐。面对社会的不和谐,党中央提出了加强法制建设,构建和谐社会的思路,法律这一调解工具必然在构建和谐社会中起关键作用。因此,加强法制建设对促进社会的和谐不仅具有重大意义,而且势在必行。

Legal Logic in Harmonious Society

Harmonious society is man's ideal pursuit.Primitive society before agricultural civilization is ruled by law of nature, in which people as part of nature acted upon law of nature and members were harmonious and orderly.But positive law broke primitive harmony in order to keep social order.In the face of social disharmony,the Party Central Committee puts forward the idea of strengthe- ning legal construction and building harmonious society.Law as a mediating tool must play a key ride in building harmonious society. So it is important and necessary for us to strenthen the construction of law.
