| 摘 要： | 腐败作为一个人类公害越来越受国际社会关注,《联合国反腐败公约》的出台将全世界反腐败斗争推进一个新的阶段。《公约》在扩大规制主体、强调预防腐败、加强国际协作等方面具有突出特色,解决了一系列国际法问题。《公约》的推行将对我国的反腐败法制建设产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | Corruption,as a human evil,catches more and more attention in the world.The birth of the UN Anti-Corruption Convention pushes the worldwide fight against corruption into a new stage.The Convention has some prominent features: regulating subjects are increased,corruption prevention is emphasized,and international cooperation is strengthened.And it has solved some International Law issues.The implement of the Convention will bring some positive effects on our legislation of Anti-Corruption. |
