| 摘 要： | 文章以循环经济立法应遵循的生态伦理为基础,阐述了循环经济立法在理念上应坚持和谐共生的自然观、敬畏生命的人生观和科学文明的发展观,并进一步论述了在循环经济法律体系构建中,如何将生态化理念赋予循环经济法律关系的主体、客体、内容和法律责任之中。

| Abstract: | Based on with the ecology ethics obeyed by the legislation of circular economy,this thesis states that circular economy legislation should stick to the outlook on nature of harmonious co-existence between man and nature,the outlook on life of respecting living beings and scientific and civilized outlook on development.Then a further statement is made on how to penetrate the ecologization idea into the subjects,the objects,the contents and the legal responsibilities in the legal relationship of circular economy in the course of constructing the legal systems of circular economy. |
