新疆高层次俄语口译人才的社会需求调查研究

随着经济全球化的进一步加深以及共建＂丝绸之路经济带＂构想的提出,新疆作为古丝绸之路上的重镇正焕发着新的生机。新疆地处亚欧大陆腹地,是联接中国和亚欧国家的重要枢纽,是中国实施对外开放、加强地区间合作交流的重要窗口。新疆拥有独特的资源和地缘优势,其对外发展尤其需要俄语翻译人才,特别是高层次的俄语口译人才。文章依据市场需求和人才培养之间的关系,采用问卷调查的形式,研究了解目前新疆地区对俄语口译人才的需求状况,通过整理分析调查结果,提出相应的人才培养建议,旨在为新疆高层次俄语口译人才的培养提供相关的数据和理论支持。

A Study of the Social Need for Advanced Russian Interpreting Professionals in Xinjiang

With the deepening of economic globalization and the proposal for building the ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂, Xinjiang is irradiating its glow of new life as an important position along the old Silk Road.Located in the hinterland of the Eurasian continent, Xinjiang is a crucial hub connecting China with other Asian and European countries, and an significant platform on which China carries out the opening-up policies and strengthens inter-regional cooperation and exchange. Xinjiang＇s unique advantages in its resources and geographical location demand urgently on Russian translating professionals, especially those of high-level translating and interpreting skills. In accordance with the relationship between market demand and talent cultivation, this paper, using a questionnaire, analyzes the present need for Russian interpreting professionals in Xinjiang and makes related suggestion and advice on talent cultivation, aiming to provide the data and theoretical support for the cultivation of advanced Russia interpreting professionals in Xinjiang.
