| 摘 要： | 在经历了20世纪80年代中期到90年代中期的迅猛发展之后,中国股份合作制在90年代末期出现了分化和过渡。究其原因,主要是政治及政策环境的变化、企业成长带来的烦恼、发展中存在的问题(主要是非企业制度方面的问题,包括认识问题、设计不规范问题、人力资源供给问题、管理问题、生存空间限制问题等)。实践证明,股份合作制是适合中小企业运行的有效企业制度模式,不能把影响股份合作制发展的非企业制度因素混同于企业制度因素。政府的体制供给,抑或政策环境是制约中国股份合作制发展的关键因素。

| Abstract: | After rapid development during the 1980's and the first half of 1990's,the joint-stock system in China reached a period of disintegration and transient. Practices have proved that joint-stock system is appropriate for small and middle-sized businesses. The systems and policies are the key factors for the development of the jointstock system in China. |
