| 摘 要： | 当经济出现波动时,政府的宏观调控是保持经济平稳运行和发展的必要手段,在房地产市场同样如此。文章从近几年我国房地产市场的宏观调控政策执行结果分析入手,结合宏观调控的目标,从市场需求差异、调控政策的特点、规则效应与时机选择等方面,对房地产宏观调控政策的效应问题进行了探讨,并提出了房地产政策的系统分析和科学论证问题。
