企业市场知识能力、营销能力及组织绩效间关系研究

摘    要:文章在回顾市场知识相关研究文献的基础上,分析了市场知识能力对于企业绩效影响的作用机制,提出了相应的理论模型,并对其进行了实证检验.结果显示,企业的顾客知识管理能力与竞争对手知识管理能力正相关于内部集成知识能力,同时市场知识能力对于营销能力的构建有积极作用,而营销能力在市场知识能力对组织绩效的影响上起到中介作用.

Abstract:Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of market knowledge,this paper analyzes the relationship between market knowledge competence and organizational performance,and gives a theoretical model.Furthermore,this paper makes an empirical investigation to examine the model.The results show that the customer knowledge competence and the competitor knowledge competence are positively related to internal knowledge integration capability,and the market knowledge competence has a positive effect...
