| Abstract: | The paper expounds the necessary characteristics of the intellectuals in higher learning institutions, analyses the features of the operating mechanism of the united front work in higher learning institutions, probes into the ways and methods of doing the united front work in higher learning institutions. The paper also points out that only by realizing the systematic nature, political nature, emotional nature, scientific nature and flexible nature in united front work, can we meet a satisfactory result. |
