| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展 ,图书馆的形态发生了变化 ,其馆藏的载体形式、服务方式、服务内容、管理模式和用户的信息需求也发生了深刻的变化 ,图书馆读者服务工作也相应的发生了变化。本文主要阐述了网络环境下高校图书馆的读者服务工作的特点、内容及方法和对策。
