摘    要:消费行为的结果的不确定性就是消费风险.可以根据消费风险产生的原因把消费风险划分为主观消费风险和客观消费风险.为改善消费环境、抑制消费风险、增加有效需求,应进一步提高消费者素质、加强法制建设、转变政府职能.

Abstract:The uncertainty of the result of consumer behavior is the risk of consumption,which includes objective risk and subjective risk by the causes of the risk of consumption.Some suggestions are made such as enhancing the consumers' character, strengthening the socialist legal system and transforming the functions of the government in order to improve the environment of consumption, decrease the consumption risks and increase effective demands.
