| 摘 要： | 新世纪科学技术进步日新月异,人才竞争日趋激烈,这为高等教育发展提供了难得的机遇.在社会转型和高等教育向大众化转变的历史时期,虽然学生入学的"门槛"降低了,但社会对人才的要求反而提高了,因此高校必须建立多元教育质量观,以培养出符合时代要求的高素质人才.

| Abstract: | With the fast development in science and technology, there grows a stronger competition for talents which suggests a rare opportunity for the further development of higher education. In this age of social transition and mass higher education, the requirements on admitted students have been lowered while those on graduates have risen. Therefore, colleges and universities must establish a new multi-element view of educational quality for training more talents who answer the needs of the age. |
