论教师与校本课程开发

摘    要:校本课程开发对教师来说是机遇也是挑战,一方面校本课程促进了教师的发展,另一方面校本课程也对教师提出了要求。两者的关系是相互制约的。二者要达到协调地发展催生出教师在校本课程开发中新的角色定位即教师成为研究者。

Abstract:The school-based curriculum development brings opportunities and challenges for teachers in the school. On one hand the school-based curriculum development has promoted the development of teachers in the school, the school-based curriculum development has put forward the requests for teachers in the school on the other hand, the teacher has a lot of dissatisfactory factors restraining the school-based curriculum development. The relation between them restricts each other. If the two want coordinated development, the teacher must become a researcher.
