| 摘 要： | 中国共产党深深扎根于中华民族之中,党从成立那天起,就是中国工人阶级的先锋队,同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队,因此,党把为人民谋利益作为自己全部活动的出发点和归宿.为了抗击非典最终战胜非典,我们党和政府作出了一系列"两手抓"的决策措施,充分体现了人民的利益高于一切的宗旨.

| Abstract: | The Chinese Communist Party is deeply rooted among the Chinese people and has been the pioneers of the Chinese working class and the Chinese people. The Party considers people's interest as her starting point and goal. In order to fight against SARS, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese government have taken measures to both fight against SARS and promote economic development, which can be summarized in one sentence: the people's interest is upmost. |
