| 摘 要： | 死刑是剥夺人的最基本的权力—人格权、生命权的法律制度。“死刑存废之争”由来已久。废除死刑是文明社会的共识和当今世界发展的潮流。目前,中国废除死刑的要求非常迫切,从法律的角度看,中国只有废除死刑才能更好地融入国际社会。

| Abstract: | The death penalty is the legal system of depriving the basic human rights-the personal right,the right of life.The argument of abolishing the death penalty or not has being a long time.To abolish the death penalty is the consensus of a civil society and the development trend in today's world.At present,China abolished the death penalty for very urgent,from a legal perspective,China can't really harmonize with the international community unless abolishingdeath penalty. |
