| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆作为学校的三大支柱之一,对于学校的教学、科研发展起着决定作用。知识经济时代,图书馆用户对知识的需求呈现多元化发展态势,传统的信息服务模式已不能适应知识经济发展和知识创新的需求。高校图书馆要转变观念,开拓思路,变革传统服务职能,开展以用户需求为中心的知识服务,解决他们的实际问题,促进学校的教学、科研向更高层次发展。
