| 摘 要： | 教育事业的整体发展与教育法制建设密切相关。法国教育法制建设起步较早 ,发展较好。主要从教育立法制度、教育法规体系、教育法规实施、教育司法制度等几方面简要分析了法国教育法制的特点 ,并从中得出对我国教育法制建设的若干启示。

| Abstract: | The whole development of education relates to the educational legal system closely. The construction of educational legal system began earlier and developed better in France. This article mainly analyses the chief traits of it in the fields of educational legislative system, educational laws and regulations, educational law enforcement,educational judicial system and gets some enlightenment for our construction of educational legal system. |
