| 摘 要： | 分析了上市公司信用的特殊性,认为除涉及到商业信用和银行信用,还包括股东对公司投资形成的证券信用,通过对上市公司信用的构成、特性以及它们之间相互关系的深入分析,提出应从信用结构整体和信用链的角度系统考虑上市公司信用风险。

| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed the particularity of the credit of listed companies. Apart from the commercial credit and bank credit involved, such a credit contains also the security credit of the shareholders formed relative to the investment of the company. Based on a profound analysis of the structure, characteristics, interrelation of the credit of the listed company, it is proposed that the credit risk of listed companies should be measured from the angle of the whole framework and chain of credit. |
