International Justice Cooperation: A New way for Fighting against Corruption in View of United Nations Convention against Corruption

United Nations Convention against Corruption is the first important convention in UN's anti-corruption field. It will deeply impact China's anti-corruption fight after China joins and implements the convention. This convention turns the UN anti-corruption cooperation into a new age and gives us a new way to fight against corruption. We can concentrate the powers of all countries in the world to beat the corruption crime, the enemy of human being. It is an urgent and important subject to research how to reform our criminal justice system to fit the requirement of the convention, how to strengthen the international anti-corruption cooperation, and how to make malfeasants have no place to flee.
