摘    要:以太原市28个行业为例,采用AHP和DEMATEL的组合赋权法计算指标综合权重,修正了由于指标相互影响造成层次分析法的权重计算偏差,并对不同工业行业的集约利用现状进行了评价及障碍因子诊断。研究结果表明,食品制造业用地集约利用水平最高,造纸和纸制品业最低,太原市五种产业类型的土地集约利用水平有着不同特点;准则层障碍因子诊断显示,用地强度和用地结构是所有行业中最普遍的障碍因素,而化学纤维制造业等13个行业的主导障碍因子的障碍度达到平均障碍度的2倍以上,存在巨大的挖潜空间。

Abstract:A combination weighting method of AHP and DEMATEL is used to calculate comprehensive weights with 28 industries in Taiyuan City as examples in order to adjust the calculating deviation of AHP weights caused by mutual influence between indexes .Meanwhile ,intensive utilization was evaluated and obsta-cle factors diagnosed of different industrial land .The results indicate that land intensive use reaches the highest level in the food industry and lowest in the paper and paper products industry .Besides ,the five types of indus-try in Taiyuan present different characteristics in terms of land intensive use;According to obstacle diagnosing result in the criteria levels ,intensity and structure of land use are the most common barriers in all industries;obstacle degree in major obstacle factors for 13 industries including chemical fiber manufacturing industry is more than 2 times the average level ,suggesting a huge potential for exploitation .
