Main Features,Developing Causes and Culture Principles of New Agricultural Production Mode

Culturing the new mode of agricultural production measured by scale, intensiveness, efficiency, and sustainability is the key to developing modern agriculture and realizing agricultural transformation and up grading.This paper described the main features of this new mode, namely, scale, intensification, wide applica tion of technology, the industrial system integration, and reasonable utilization of resources. It also examined the causes for developing the new mode, which are technological change, specialization, and differentiation of farm ers. Besides, it proposed that the new agricultural production mode is to abide by specific culture principles.It is expected to work in line with the national food security strategy, benefit the rural household management system of basic stability, protect farmers＂ land property fights, be compatible with the characteristics of regional eco nomic development, and adapt to the comprehensive reform in rural areas.
