The Development of China's Running Water Industry and Related Industrial Policy

The development of China's economy need a well developed running water industry. However,problems in this industry's operating mechanism and the government regulatory system have caused the dilemma the industry is facing.Liberalization and diversification of property right are necessary for the development of running water industry in China.At the same time,policies should be made to facilitate the formation of a more reasonable system of pricing and supervision,incentive system should be established,and ultimately investment system should be reformed.
