新农村建设视野中的新型农民培养

新型农民是新农村建设的智力支持和人才保障。培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民，是新农村建设的重要目标。我国农民整体素质偏低，体现在农民经营能力落后、思想道德水平偏低、法律意识淡薄、精神文化生活贫瘠等多个方面。培养新型农民必须从基础教育抓起，加强农村劳动力技能培训，培养农民的创业精神，积极推进农民的现代化进程，加强农村文化建设，并建立长效机制。

The Promotion of New Farmers in the Vision of New Countryside Construction

New farmers are intelligence support and human power insurance of new countryside construction. To promote new farmers with knowledge ,agricultural technology and business operation is one of the most important targets of new countryside construction. The integral quality of farmers is considered to be lower with their poor performance in business operation, social morality, knowledge of law, and cultural life. The promotion of new farmers should start from the basic education, strengthening of the training of labor skills, cultivating of their entrepreneurship capacity, enriching their cultural life and building up long-term effective system.
