| 摘 要： | 本文从企业社会责任的基本理论入手,在实证调查的基础上,对浙江民营企业社会责任认知度和履行现状进行了分析,进而提出当前推进民营企业社会责任的关键是:构架既体现行业特色,又与民营企业发展阶段相应的民营企业社会责任标准及其运行、推进机制,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层次探讨了民营企业社会责任治理与实现的路径. |
