| 摘 要： | 在对当前高校毕业生就业情况分析和判断的基础上,本文构建了高校毕业生职业胜任力评价模型.本文运用层次分析法确定模型各指标权重,并以浙江省某一省属重点高校2010届毕业生为例,采用模糊综合法对高校毕业生职业胜任力进行了定量评价.高校毕业生职业胜任力评价模型为高校提高人才培养质量和提升就业指导水平提供了依据与参考.
