| Abstract: | The most prominent feature of Ren Fansong's literary criticism is "multi-faceted in approach but rooted in the classic Marxism, and diversified in epistemology but focused on Korean literary criticism." That is to say, methodologically, he adheres to the literary criticism of classic Marxism while skimming the best part of other schools of criticism; epistemologically,he devotes to the Korean literary criticism in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture while participating into the debate either at home or abroad, and integrating the moral integrity with the literary capability. |
