| 摘 要： | 该文对高校教育教学质量的内涵进行了阐述,认为影响高校教育教学质量的因素,可归纳为生源质量、师资队伍、物质条件、学府氛围、管理水平五大方面;同时提出可以从思想观念、管理制度、组织运行、教学改革、学府氛围、监控评价六个方面来考虑构建教育教学质量保障体系。

| Abstract: | The connotation of the teaching quality in higher education is illustrated in this paper,and it is believed that the factors that influence the teaching building are from the aspects such as the quality of students,the teaching staff,the material condition,the atmosphere of the college,and the administrative level.At the same time,the guarantee system can be constructed from six aspects such as ideological concept,administrative system,operating mechanisms,teaching reform,college atmosphere and monitoring and evaluation. |
