| 摘 要： | 在高校“两课”教学中 ,教师不但要向学生传授科学文化知识 ,而且要帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。因此 ,教师的人格魅力如何直接关系着“两课”的教学质量和教书育人的效果。作为一名“两课”教师 ,应该从道德、文化、教育三方面不断加强修养、提高人格魅力。
