| 摘 要： | 日益严峻的环境污染问题已经成为当前制约经济发展、影响社会安定、危害公众健康的一个重要因素。我国各省的生态环境状况不尽相同，对当前我国各省份的环境承载能力进行评估，是建设生态文明的需要。文章根据2008年全国114个重点城市的大气监测结果以及全国各大水域485个国控断面的主要水环境监测结果，应用相对剩余环境容量模型计算出全国31个省、市、自治区环境综合承载力，并对实证结果进行分析，最后针对现存问题提出相关的政策建议。
