大学生“村官”选聘工作流程探析

摘    要:在大学生"村官"选聘工作中,当原则和标准确定之后,程序往往具有决定性的作用。以大学生"村官"的角色定位为切入点,深入分析了当前村官选聘工作各个环节上存在的问题,并就如何处理好学生、学校、选拔机构以及用人单位4方面的关系,以及如何建立便捷、高效、科学的选拔工作程序提出了注重调研、依托高校、扩大宣传、统筹安排、优化质量、加强反馈等意见和建议。

Abstract:When the principle and the standard have been settled,procedures usually play a decisive role in the selection and employment of college student "village leaders".This paper takes the roles of college student "village leaders" as the starting point to deeply analyze the problems in the different links of the current selection and employment of them.Moreover,suggestions are put forward to handle properly the relation between graduates,colleges,selecting organs and employers,and develop easy,efficient and scientific selecting procedures.These suggestions include the conduction of more researches,cooperation with colleges and universities,further enhancement of publicity,overall arrangement,improvement of quality and the increase of feedbacks.
