从企业人力资源的需要看学校德育目标的建构

知识、技能、能力与品德是人力资源的基本组成要素 ,品德既是人力资源的一部分 ,又是其他人力资源发挥作用的关键因素。知识、技能与能力决定着员工能够为其所服务的组织做些什么 ,做到什么水平 ,而品德则决定着员工愿意或乐意为其所服务的组织做些什么 ,做到什么水平。对近 1 50名教师与 40 0名企业优秀员工的调查结果 ,揭示了当前中国学校公民德育目标建构中存在的问题 ,并可据此提出相关的解决办法与建议

Examining Objectives of Moral Education at School in the Light of Requirement for Personnel Set by Enterprises

Knowledge,skill,ability and moral are essential aspects of personnel resources.The moral aspect is not only a component part of personnel resources,but also a key aspect that decides whether other aspects can function properly.Knowledge,skill and ability determine what and how much the employee is able to contribute to the company,while the moral issue decides what the employee is willing to do for his company and how well be wants to perform his function.An investigation of 150 teachers and 400 outstanding employees reveals shortcomings of moral education at school nowadays.Findings of this research may offer insightful suggestions to find solutions to these problems.
