| 摘 要： | 加强对非婚同居关系的法律保护是符合现代民法立法的世界潮流，许多国家对非婚同居期间所得财产的性质及归属均有明确规定。我国现行法律在这一领域还有很多缺陷和空白。为了更好地解决这一领域的财产纠纷，我国应建立非婚财产制。

| Abstract: | Strengthen the non-marital cohabitation and its legal protection is in line with world trends of modem civil rights laws in many countries during the period of non-marital cohabitation and the nature of the property ownership are defined. China＇s current law in this area there are many weaknesses and gaps. In order to better address this area of property disputes, China should establish a system of non-marital property. |
