| 摘 要： | 对外承包工程作为我国实施“走出去”战略的重要支柱,对国内设备、技术和劳务出口的综合带动作用明显,同时有利于推动转变外贸发展方式,促进开放型经济发展。在构建省域对外承包工程产业竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,采用因子与聚类分析相结合的方法对中国各省域对外承包工程产业竞争力进行了排序和聚类。分析结果显示,中国各省域对外承包工程产业竞争力的地区差异显著,解释了其原因,并针对政府层面提出了相应策略,对于推动对外承包工程的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As an important pillar of China＇ s ＂go global＂ strategy, international project contracting plays an important role in progressing export, in accelerating transformation of development mode for international trade as well as in boosting national economic development. The industry competitiveness evaluation model of China＇ s regional international project contracting is addressed, then the Chinese each provinces and municipalities are ranked and clustered by using factor and cluster analysis methods. Analysis result shows that China＇ s international project contracting industry competition is obviously regional difference. After that it explains the reason in the paper. Its conclusion plays an important reference to promote the development of Chinese international project contracting. |
