冬奥会:“京津冀生态环境支撑区”建设的契机和抓手

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出要“加快生态文明体制改革”,他还曾对京津冀协同发展提出过“七点要求”.显然,这就是京津冀协同发展的顶层设计和总体纲领.建成“京津冀生态环境支撑区”1],应是京津冀协同发展的首要一步,重中之重,一切工作的基础和前提.文章以京津冀生态环境支撑区建设的植物零碳景观为研究内容,2022年将在北京和河北张家口举办的冬季奥林匹克运动会,将为“京津冀生态环境支撑区”建设提供难得的契机和抓手.冬奥城市张家口遵循绿色奥运的理念,推进低碳经济示范区建设,实施最严格的环境治理.张家口通过生态建设的“零碳”配置,推行生态建设的“零碳”措施,注重生态建设的“零碳”营造,使张家口市成为京北“保水源、堵沙源、送清风”的绿色生态屏障,向世界展现张家口市植物零碳景观森林城市形象.
