| Abstract: | The procuratorial organs has made great efforts to supervise the condition of civil execution but also has met with many difficulties.It is pointed out that there are three obstacles to the procuratorial su-pervision in civil execution: the legislative defective and the divergence between judicial organs and procurato-rial organs,the academic debate and the theoretical perplexity and the defective mode and inefficient validity of supervision. |
