| 摘 要： | 法历来以社会正义、秩序、自由以及效益为其基本价值追求.我国当前正在实行以依法治国作为治国的基本方略,依法治国理想的实现,其实质就是法的价值被不断实现的过程.我国依法治国方略的基本价值目标具体体现为追求正义的实现,良好的秩序,自由与人权的真正保障以及在正义的前提下追求效益(效率).

| Abstract: | In this articles the philosophic problems arising from the rule by law strategy is made deep inside into on the basis of studying about doctrine on the value of law provided by jurist home and abroad in ancient time and nowadays.To begin with, value of law is discussed which are social justice, order, freedom and efficiency basically pursued by law. Next, realization of rule by law strategy is studied in detail, the essence of which is gradually realizing the value of law on analyzing the essence of socialism and our Party's basic route in prime stage of socialism. At last, basic aim of rule by law value is explained which are realization of pursuing justice, perfect order, real guard of freedom of freedom and human rights and pursuing efficiency on the premise of justice. |
