海洋交替单胞菌YTW-10抗植物病原真菌活性物质的发酵条件研究

摘    要:对一株分离自烟台海域的交替单胞菌YTW-10的抗病原真菌活性进行了测定,通过对碳源、氮源、无机盐、初始pH值、培养温度及培养时间等发酵条件的优化,确定了YTW-10产抗真菌活性物质的最佳条件.最佳发酵培养基为:蛋白胨10 g/L,酵母提取物15 g/L,葡萄糖20 g/L,NaCl 5 g/L,KBr 1 g/L.最佳培养条件为:发酵初始pH值7 0,发酵时间36 h,发酵温度30℃.

Abstract:A marine bacteria Alteromonas sp.YTW-10 was isolated from Yantai beach and it's antifungal activity was investigated.The main fermentation influence factors including carbon sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic iron as well as the optimal culture temperature,culture time and initial pH value were studied.The results showed that the fermentation broth of the marine-derived bacteria YTW-10 had significant inhibition effect on the growth of the tested plant pathogens,and the optimum fermentation medium and ferme...
