| Abstract: | The concept of the traditional constitution contains three kinds of limitations,such as the one of history,the one of Abstract objects and the one of its location.Based on the rethinking and transcendence of the limitations of the concept of the traditional constitution,we can define the constitution as a kind of the basic norms of sovereignty made by interaction of objective orders and the ones of concept. |
