| 摘 要： | 医院社会责任行为研究对于开展医院评价和医院社会责任评价至关重要.在文献研究基础上,针对《2008中国医药卫生行业社会责任红皮书》和150家医院网站新闻开展内容分析法研究.经过对不同研究结论的整合,初步构建了包含“向患者提供高质量的医疗服务“承担突发事件的救援任务”等14种行为的我国医院社会责任行为表现体系.

| Abstract: | The study on hospital social responsibility behaviors is vital for evaluation on hospitals and their social responsibility. On the basis of literature research, Chinese Medical And Health Industry Social Responsibility Red Book （2008） and news on 150 hospitals＂ website were analyzed by content analysis. After study on results from dif- ferent researches, hospital social responsibility behavior system in China including 14 kinds of behavior were prelim- inary suggested, such as ＂providing high-quality health services to patients＂ and ＂rescuing in emergencies＂. |
