摘    要:高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,是高校教师和管理队伍重要组成部分。目前,高校在提高辅导员待遇、明晰辅导员的职责、创造辅导员发展条件、加大辅导员奖励力度等激励机制建立和完善方面存在着诸多不足,辅导员工作积极性和创造性受到很大影响,辅导员队伍不稳定现象日益突出,从而最终影响高校大学生思想政治教育的质量。高校应通过优化薪酬结构、实行目标责任制、拓展职业发展空间、增强考评结果的使用率等措施,促进辅导员队伍健康发展,以期不断适应新形势对大学生思想政治教育工作的要求。

Abstract:College counselors, serving as the instructors and guides for college students' heahhy growth and devel-opment, are the backbone for students' ideological and political education as well as a major part of the college teachers and management team. At present, there are still lots of deficiencies in improving the counselors' treat-ment, making their responsibilities clear, creating favorable development for them, and enhancing and perfecting the incentive system. Under this circumstance, the enthusiasm and creativity of the college counselors are badly undermined, along with the increasing instability of the counselor team, which finally imposes a harmful influence on the quality of students' ideological and political education. Therefore, the colleges ought to stimulate healthy development of the counselor team by means of improving the salary structure, implementing a target-oriented re-sponsibility system, expanding the space of vocational development, increasing the use of evaluation results and other effective measures, hoping to meet the requirements of students' ideological and political education in the new situation.
