| 摘 要： | ＂钱学森之问＂表达了钱老对我国教育的厚望、重托与忧思。＂为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才？＂这一发问,发人深省,催人思索。这需要从我国大学教育的精神、理念、体制、人才培养模式等多个方面去反思。只有按照科技创新人才的成长规律,自主办学、自由创造,营造宽松宽容的学术环境,重塑大学的人文精神,打造一支高素质的教师队伍,改变人才培养模式,着力于创新人才培养,才可能出现杰出人才涌流的兴盛局面。

| Abstract: | It is expressed the high expectations,great trust and the thought with anxiety for the question of Qian Xue-sen： ＂Why always our universities can not cultivation some outstanding talented？＂,and this question pushes people thinking.It is should self-examining from the university spirit,system and cultivation mode of talents and other aspects to this question.It may realize the flourishing of master spirits and fulfill the last will of Qian Xue-sen only if following the development of scientific innovation for the talents,autonomy in higher education and build loose and comfortable academia and make a high quality teaching staff,reform the cultivation mode of talents and focusing on the cultivation of innovative talents. |
