| 摘 要： | 重庆人力资源丰富,人力资源在重庆市经济社会发展中日益凸显关键地位。研究重庆城乡人力资源的现状,对于重庆市坚持以人为本的科学发展观,有效实施城乡人力资源的战略性规划和针对性开发,进一步推进城乡统筹有重要意义。文中以统计数据为依据,对重庆市城乡人力资源存量现状和问题进行了比较分析,提出了重庆市城乡人力资源统筹开发的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Chongqing has abundant human resources,which plays a key role in the economic and social development of the city.To research into Chongqing's human resources is of great significance for Chongqing to follow the scientific outlook on development,whose essence is "putting people first" and to carry out the strategic plan and target-orientated exploitation of human resources in both urban and rural areas,and it is also meaningful for further boosting the balanced development between urban and rural areas.Based on statistic data,this paper analyzes the stock condition and the existing problems of Chongqing's human resources and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
