论农民在和谐社会中的权利平等

在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中,我国现存的城乡分割的二元经济社会结构,使农民面临极大的困境,集中体现在公民享受机会均等、权利平等、制度一致、身份统一等一系列问题上。解决的出路在于,以“科学发展观”统领全局,统筹城乡经济社会发展,逐步改变城乡二元社会结构的体制,缩小城乡之间差距,实现农民与城市市民机会均等与权利平等,最终构建起社会主义和谐社会。

Equality of Farmers' Rights in the Harmonious Society

In the process of constructing a harmonious society,the present social structure of Dual Economy that cuts it apart into urban and rural areas,makes farmers face great predicament,which is concentrated on a series of problems,such as the equal opportunities for citizens,the rights equality,the different systems,the equal identity,etc.The solutions lie in:to command the overall situation,to command the socio-economic development in urban and rural areas with "scientific development view",to change the system of the dual structure of society in urban and rural areas progressively,to shorten the disparity between the city and the country,to realize the equality of rights and chances between farmers and citizens,and to build up the harmonious socialism finally.
