创新2.0时代高新技术产业带发展研究

摘    要:创新2.0是科学、管理和技术共同创新的时代,催生了制造业新的创新形态和需求。以增长极理论、点轴发展理论以及网络式发展理论为基础,选择三个具有代表性的高新技术产业带进行现状分析和问题剖析,最终提出联姻民营创新孵化器、搭建双创平台、构建政用产学研协同创新机制、积极吸纳高端人才等对策措施,对激发高新技术产业带的创新活力具有重要意义。

Abstract:Innovation 2.0 is an era of collaborative innovation among science, management and technology. It has spawned new innovation form and demand in manufacturing industry. The current situation and problems of three typical hi-tech industry belts are expounded based on the theories of growth pole, point-axis growth, and network growth. Countermeasures are proposed such as allying private innovation incubator, establishing innovation and entrepreneurship platform, exploring the collaborative innovation mechanism among government, user, producer, university, and research institution, and absorbing high-tech talents, and so on. It has great significance in the innovation vitality of hi-tech industry belts.
