我国高新技术产业园区规划布局研究

摘    要:“十三五”期间,在转型升级、加快产业结构优化这一背景下,要重点关注科技创新,使科技创新资源的布局能够结合我国优势产业和战略性新兴产业的发展要求,在我国高新技术产业园区的规划布局中发挥重要作用。把提升自主创新能力和加快区域产业优化升级作为出发点,研究最适合的高新技术产业园区布局规划方法。在总结国内外相关文献的基础上,针对我国高新技术产业园区发展现状,深入分析目前存在的问题并根据其规划布局的目标与任务提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract:During the 13th Five-year Plan period, under the background of transformation and upgrading, and acceleration of the optimization of industrial structure, the innovation of science and technology should be focused on, in order that the resources layout of innovation of science and technology can be combined with the development demands of advantageous industry and strategic emerging industry in China, and play important role in the planning and layout of high-tech industry park in China. To enhance the capability of independent innovation and accelerate regional industrial optimizing and upgrading are regarded as the starting point, and the best method of layout planning of high-tech industry park is studied. Based on the summarization of related literatures at home and abroad, and according to the developing status quo of high-tech industry park in China, the existing problems are analyzed deeply, and corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the objectives and tasks of its planning and layout.
